RFT Product Features

Run-flat tires (RFT), also known as “self-supporting run-flat tires,” are an important safety feature for any vehicle. A Run-flat tire is built with a thicker sidewall to help support the tire shape after losing air. This allows the tire to continue to run safely, but at a limited speed and mileage. When normal tires are punctured, they can instantly lead to a severe sidewall collapse; in the event of a collapse, the vehicle loses its only support which can cause the vehicle's center of gravity to change instantaneously. RFT helps to lessen the severity of a flat tire and allows you to get to the closest destination safely.
