Designed for high-performance cars and SUVs. The tire is built to perform from the first moments of spring to the cooler conditions of fall. This is supported by a new type of tailored rubber compound. Most sizes have an EU tire label wet grip rating of A, which is the best possible.

Nokian Hakka Blue 2 took first place in Tuulilasi's (3/2017) summer tire comparison. The tire was especially praised for its wet grip properties, and it is noted to perform steadily on dry pavement as well. This wasn't the tire's first win, as it had already secured the top spot in Tekniikan Maailma's tire comparison.
