Michelin LTX Trail
Description
Michelin LTX Trail. EV-Ready All-Terrain Tire for SUVs.
An off-road, highway, and gravel tire designed for SUVs and crossovers. This tire from Teräs-Rengas is suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles. The SUV tire delivers exceptional braking on wet roads even when worn, as well as precise handling on dry surfaces. It's intended especially for drivers who travel on both paved roads and gravel, but who don't necessarily need an extreme off-road tire. A popular tire choice for vehicles like the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, Isuzu D-Max, and Mitsubishi Triton. The Michelin LTX Trail off-road tire provides outstanding grip on wet roads, stopping up to 3.1 meters earlier when new and up to 4.6 meters earlier when worn, compared to leading competitor tires.
Dual-layer tread pattern:
Improves grip on various surfaces and helps distribute pressure evenly.
EverTread™ Technology:
A Michelin innovation that enhances tread durability, even on harsher surfaces and at higher temperatures.
Off-road friendly tire design:
The shoulder areas of the tire are engineered to better withstand rocks, sand, and rough terrain. A quiet and comfortable driving experience. Designed to reduce road noise, especially on asphalt.
EV-Ready
EV-ready confirms that the tire meets the requirements of electric vehicles, as well as cars with internal combustion or hybrid engines. EV-marked tires are optimized to provide exceptional performance for both electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
Michelin Duo-Harmony interior noise reduction.
This durable tire, equipped with Michelin Duo-Harmony blocks, reduces interior noise by 19.8% (3).
(3) - Noise reduction - Based on an external interior noise test at a speed of 100 km/h with 265/65R17 LTX TRAIL 112T tires on a 2020 Toyota Hilux Revo. The test, conducted by TÜV Rheinland Thailand Ltd at the request of Michelin in March 2021 at the Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, showed that the MICHELIN LTX Trail tire had a sound pressure level 19.8% lower than a leading competitor’s premium tire. Actual road results may vary depending on driving habits, vehicle, or tire pressure.
