Kumho Road Venture MT51

Kumho Road Venture MT51 M+S Mud-terrain class off-road tire.
Designed for challenging off-road driving, yet surprisingly stable and comfortable on-road performance for off-road vehicles. This off-road tire offers superior grip thanks to its zigzag grooves and robust shoulder structure. The tread pattern is designed to eject mud and stones. Featuring a three-layer polyester carcass and a reinforced sidewall to protect the tire from sharp rocks.

The Road Venture MT51 is an aggressive all-terrain tire that is able to deliver performance on- and off-road. Its deep, multi-tiered tread leverages traction in any off-road condition: rocks, snow, mud, dirt.The durable tread design will also help keep you rolling when you need it the most, all while providing the aggressive look that consumers are looking for and a suprisingly quiet ride.

Who is the MT51 off-road tire for?
Drivers who need mud-terrain capabilities (mud, gravel, rocks) but also use their vehicles for daily driving. Suitable for vehicles like Jeep, Land Cruiser, Hilux, Wrangler, Ranger, and similar four-wheel drive (4×4) vehicles. Not recommended as a primary road tire.

M+S marking
A car tire marked with the M+S (mud and snow) symbol on the tire is suitable for poor driving conditions. An M+S tire is suitable for light snowfall and wet and muddy roads. As of December 1, 2024, the M+S marking will not be sufficient for winter tire use in Finland.

Numeric ratings reflect how a tire compares against other Kumho tires of similar type. A rating of 10 indicates that the tire is designed to perform extremely well under those conditions. A rating less than 4 or N/A (not applicable) indicates that the tire is not designed to excel in that area.
