Located in Neuenrade, Germany, it is the ALCAR group's key facility for producing alloy wheels. The annual production capacity is 1.2 million alloy wheels, including all 14–22 inch wheels for cars, SUVs, and light trucks, notably for the AEZ brand. Throughout the manufacturing process, all alloy wheels undergo constant testing to the highest quality standards for dimensional accuracy, material homogeneity, surface condition, and density, as well as inspection for visual defects on the packaging line. TÜV Austria and TÜV Germany evaluate new models and wheel developments to ensure maximum load capacity before production approval.
